The Lockman Foundation - SpecialWe already have all the Bibles in that =
package (NASB, NASB95, and SpaLBA) in SWORD format. I think I also have =
the cross-refs and lexica, but I've not have time to convert them. Of =
course, they're all locked and we can't distribute.

Subject: [sword-devel] Updated NASB and Text Formats

Searching for information following the recent discussion about
copyrights, I discovered that The Lockman Foundation has an updated
(1995) NASB. It has the same copyright as the 1971 NASB. The version
removes the "thees" and "thous" in the Psalms and makes the text much
more readable (not awkward like the old NASB). They are discontinuing
their BibleMaster software (in favor of a Logos system) and are making
copies of BibleMaster (originally $340) available for $19.99 including
free shipping (see attached HTML page). Is this a version that should =
be
considered for inclusion with Sword? I think The Lockman Foundation is
more lenient in its interpretation of copyrights than Zondervan. =
Whether
its distributed or not, I'd be interested in converting it to Sword
format for my own use. Are text formats, conversion routines =
available?
(Of course, until I get the CD I won't know what format the new NASB =
is
  in.) Thanks...Bill
