[sword-devel] Windows Frontend refuses to start

Hi folks,

I just tried to run the win frontend of SWORD on a Windows95 laptop.
The error message was: This control requires version 4.70 or greater of
COMCTL32.DLL.

What can I do against this? 
Maybe there is a way to update this dll?
