[sword-devel] sword.chm at thelinuxshop

I'm not sure I know that I built Jerry's sword.chm on my system and that
seemed to fix it for me. The main difference is that he had index and
contents pages finished And this may be what is doing it He had a search
page that I didn't even put in. I'll try to make a build without a
search page and post it.
