Here are some things I have read about it.

There is more to it than the ocx. But it would be good if the ocx matched 
the one used to make the chm files. The ocx also needs to current with 
hh.exe. These are found in hhupd.exe. But in NT you need administrative 
privileges on the system to install. And, Win2000 will produce an error 
saying that it can't be updated that way. If Win 95 has never had IE3 or 
better installed, (it does not have to be visibly installed), it will also 
need DCOM95.
