What versions of Windows and IE do you have? I have read reports that 
Hhctrl.ocx on some Win 2000 systems is corrupted and that extracting a new 
copy of the Hhctrl.ocx file from the 2000 CD-ROM can sometimes take care of 
it. If you are using 2000 try to start the Windows 2000 Professional Help 
and see if it runs. If it does not, you probably have the corruption.
