Your guess is as good as mine.  These were made directly from OLB modules,
so we use the same fonts/encoding as them.  IMO, these modules are pretty
unusable.  Possibly with Chinese/Arabic MS Windows they could be used, but
otherwise I don't know of a way.

It will probably be easier to find a new text sources and make modules from
them than to deal with these.
