Executive summary, for those who like to read commit diffs, but not 
boring ones:

There aren't any changes to code in this commit. It's almost entirely 
changes to comments and properties, with a few minor changes to spacing 
& formatting outside of comments.

Copyright dates are based on the earliest date I could locate in SVN/CVS 
or the tarballs of early releases.
