Dear Kamal,
As an aside,
there is at CrossWire some bunch of software for a collective tagging
project which was used by the KJV2003/6 project to get the strong
numbers in place. Maybe this is helpful for you too. Troy Griffitts,
whom I copy into this mail can tell you more about it.
