Does anyone remember what chapterTitle is for? It's an attribute of chapter elements, but I'm at a loss for its purpose and am starting to think it's a leftover from one of the early releases. Or does it have something to do with publishing? I don't find any other title attributes in the schema (2.0.1 or 2.0.9_almost7). --Chris
