[osis-core] <div> allows <p> and <lg>

Patrick,
I think we should continue to allow both <p> and <lg> as children of
<div> in any case.
It would seem a little strange to the have an <lg> followed by a <p>
with an <lg> child but I don't think we need to do a lot to make sure it
can not happen.
