Todd's software is based on the list of 84 booknames only.
The other 8 may (as you say) be other versions of the books. There still 
needs to be a way to process them.
Paratext places each book in its own unique position using a three letter 
code (used by UBS WBTI and other agencies). Todd's software uses the .ssf 
(books present list) from Paratext.
Here is an example of one particular Bible
<BooksPresent>111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111101111000000000000100000000</BooksPresent>
The book at position 91 is DNT    On of the books not present is S3Y 
(PrAzar) (the others not present counting up to 84 are 3MA 4MA, 1ES, 2ES, 
MAN, PS2)
If DNT is mapped to PrAzar it does not get processed because it is beyond 
the 84 limit

The conversion software has two problems
    1) It does not process any book beyond 84
    2) Mapping for the last eight books to the OSIS list do not seem to have 
been defined

oda    =    ?
pss    =    ?
jsa    =    ?
jdb    =    ?
tbs    =    ?
sst    =    ?
dnt    =    ?
blt    =    ?

When the convertion software can handle these book positions and they have 
been mapped and to the OSIS list then most of the Bibles could be processed
