[osis-core] USFM and "x-" on attribute values

Would it be possible to suggest that USFM deprecate the use of 
2) Format markers that are complicated by formatting information
and add markers to USFM matching with a meaning base to them as in:

New USFM                old USFM        suggested OSIS
\inscription    \pc     <inscription> 
\refrain                \qr             <lg type="refrain">
\interlude              \qs             <lg type="interlude">
\doxology               \qc             <lg type="doxology">
(or something shorter than that to keep in the spirit of SFMs)
