[osis-core] OSIS 2.0 bibles

I thought y'all might be interested in four OSIS 2.0 versions of bible 
translations prepared by Michael Johnson, the translator of the WEB 
version. They are the ASV, the KJV, the WEB, and a Hebrew Names version 
of the WEB. They are being created automatically from General Bible 
Format files.
