First of many posts on schema mods.

Note, no response = approval. (In other words, don't have to reply with 
"me too" etc.)

Minutes say Harry Plantinga proposed:

add xml:space="preserve" to the schema for all elements

Approved by group.

Proposed schema mods:

Add

<xs:attribute name="xml:space" default="preserve"/>

to:

Elements: osis, osisTextCT, osisCorpusCT, headerCT (b/c none have 
attribute globalWithType or globalWithOutType)

Attributes: globalWithType, globalWithOutType
