[osis-core] Heads Up on revised schema

Greetings!

Heads up on the revised schema!

Should release a beta of the revised schema on Wednesday, September 17th.

Any comments on the minutes or updates should be posted no later than 
Tuesday, September 16th.

Plan on a cut-off date on comments on the revisions on 26 September.

Want to issue the final version, that is the one that is used by all 
stylesheets, texts, User's Manual, etc., on September 30th. That will be 
a lock for all materials to be distributed at the SBL AM.

I know there are things we still want to add but let's make this a 
useful and robust release. (May lead to greater use and support in some 
quarters. hint, hint)
