Patrick,

I haven't found any problems with the schema itself yet (after 
validating most of my texts against it).  I did notice one thing that 
should be changed: the first mention of "SIL" should be changed to "SIL 
International".  And another that could be changed: Kees' email address 
follows his title whereas Steve's and yours follow your names--I would 
suggest moving it immediately follow his name.

I'm stepping out for a while, but will give the schema a thorough read 
when I get back.
