[osis-core] no whitespace in <identifier>

Todd,

This kind of identifies the very crux of my biggest problem with certain
of the proposals relating to <identifier>. The contents of <identifier>
(and <subject> as well) has nothing to do with XML and certainly isn't
an XML Name. There's absolutely no guarantee about what characters it
might include or in what pattern. My examples from before:

<identifier
type="OSIS">private:Monograph.Lightfoot_JB.Apostolic_Fathers</identifier>
<identifier type="LCCN">73173713</identifier>
<identifier type="ISBN">3487046881</identifier>
<identifier type="LCCall">BR60.A62 L5213 1973</identifier>
<subject type="Dewey">270.1 20</identifier>
<subject type="LCSH">Christian literature, Early.</identifier>

The "OSIS" type, we can reasonably mandate be whitespace-free, since we
can define ourselves what it may contain. Of the other values, NONE are
valid XML Names (all either contain spaces or begin with numerals). And
I would maintain that we have no reasonable right to go changing the
format of naming systems designed by other naming authorities.

These are bibliographic metadata and shouldn't be modified by us, IMO.
