Greetings!
I finally caught up with Chris and he had some interesting comments on
this issue:
1. The portion that appears in the NT is often a word for word
recounting (trying to avoid the q word) of the text as it appears in the OT.
2. Agreed that it looks like a quote but he pointed out that we
divineName, despite the fact we also have which we have name.
It maybe what Fowler called a "sturdy indefensible."
The prior content model (it was in osis.1.0 but not osis.1.1) was just
mixed content and note. Clearly inadequate. If, and I say if, we do this
in 2.0, it should be the same a <q> and occur in the same places.
