Greetings,
The xml namespace stuff was bogus, latest version of IBM's schema
checker reports 0 errors! (in 1.9.4 coming later this morning)
Recall that Todd has suggested that we put xml:space in osisTextCT and
make its value default. That means that you can preserve space in
whatever element you like, by declaring on a element xml:space="preserve."
Jeni Tennison, reports you can always have xml:lang in a document, but
if validating against a schema, it has to be declared like any other
attribute.

Same is true for xml:space.
My feeling is that we should declare both xml:space and xml:lang
whereever we are going to want them.
Comments, thoughts?
Patrick
