[osis-core] osisCore.1.9

Todd,
Thanks for that insight, and I do now vaguely remember reluctantly
conceding to that point.
However, please notice that I am not providing paragraph containers.
The data files that I received only provide, what they call:
<PM> New paragraph marker
Which I thought I was changing into a similar OSIS semantic:
<p /> I did not wish (at the current time, at least) to attempt to
overly my assumptions regarding paragraph containers on the converted
document. Only wanted to faithfully record the given data as OSIS markup.
Was this intended to be disallowed? Should it be allowed?
-Troy.
