[osis-core] default ref system?

I think Todd's suggestion to keep "Bible" as the default and identify it 
with something like the NRSV is a good one.

However, I don't think we can just adopt the NRSV versification system, 
because, personally, I don't even know what that would mean.  The NRSV 
includes both Greek & Hebrew Esther, two distinct books but with only 
one symbol (Esth) according to SBL.  It also has both the short & long 
endings of Mark, so one verse reference maps to two distinct verses.
