[osis-core] default ref system?

Guys,

At present the default for osisRefWork is "Bible." Fairly ambiguous and 
not mentioned in the users manual.

Shouldn't we use NRSV (which includes the apocrypha, don't actually need 
the extra A on the end, at least according to the editors of the NSRV) 
as the default system?
