[osis-core] <catchWord> can't be a child of <div>

Patrick,

I don't think that all content in a commentary should have to be in a
<p> element.  At present I think this case is better modeled without the
<p> but am willing to go with the status quo and consider the issue for
a subsequent release after more careful consideration and more
collective experience with commentaries.

So my vote is no change in the schema relative to <catchWord> and <div>
and see if we want to add it to an OSIS 2.1 in January.
