[osis-core] splitID

Greetings!

Note that the splitID is being picked up from globalWithType and 
globalWithoutType for osisText, div, head.*, etc.

Suggestion: Can remove splitID from both global models and add as 
appropriate? A little more typing but would provide finer grained control.
