I think we should also discuss the following as a part of best
practices:

1) The "top level" structure just below <osisText>.  How to organize
<div> elements for introduction sections, mini-dictionaries, glossaries,
maps, ...

2) How to encode things like a glossary, map, mini-dictionary, Thompson
Chain Reference, etc...  (See page 7-8 of
http://www.zondervan.com/media/pdfs/0310912229.pdf for another
interesting example.)
