The book abbreviations list is updated considerably with numerous
additional books/canons, minor corrections, references to prove I'm not 
just making this stuff up, etc. :

I'm still working through a corollary list for extra-biblical books (OTP, 
NTA, Philo, Apostolic Fathers, etc.) and should have it posted fairly 
soon.

On a completely different topic... if anyone else is working on conversion
from SFM they might find this link that I was sent to UBS's in-progress
but decent documentation on USFM:
