[osis-core] script attribute

Patrick,
script should identify the script (as in set of/style of glyphs) . We
didn't pick a format that I recall. ISO 15924 is still unfinished, but
if we adopted its format for scripts plus allowed the extension
mechanism, the regex would be ="([A-Z][a-z]{3}|x-[A-Za-z0-9]+)". The
alternative is just xs:string without any regex plus a best practice
recommendation that people try to use ISO 15924 codes.
