[osis-core] date attribute on <div>?

Patrick and Chris,

I think you are on two different topics.  Correct me if I am wrong.

I think Chris is talking about the structure for "date" that Steve
proposed.  Steve's proposal included ":" and "-" as delimiters between
HH and MM, etc...  I agree with Chris we should change the ":" and "-"
in Steve's proposal to "." so they will work as osisIDs.  (ie. 12.59 not
12:59)

I think Patrick is talking about the ":" and "-" that would be in an
osisRef="kjv:Gen.1.1-Gen.1.3" and in an osisID="kjv:Gen.1.1".  I think
Chris is OK with ":" and "-" as I just stated.
