[osis-core] date attribute on <div>?

Patrick, Steve, and Chris,

When did we decide to add a "date" attribute to div?

The way I understand what Chris was posting, was that we were trying to
establish a standardized way to express "date" type values to go in an
osisID for <div> elements that are of the daily reading and similar type
content.

Ex.

<div osisID="01.01">
	The reading for Jan 1 of any year.
</div>

<div osisID="Monday">
	The reading for Monday of any week.
</div>

<div osisID="2003.6.12">
	The reading for June 12th, 2003.
</div>

I am not sure we are all on the same page on this one.

Todd
