[osis-core] examples for index - removed

Guys,

Thought the examples for index were not really complete and should be in 
the real documentation. Removed from the current alpha release.

Nearing the zone! Wish me good luck and a safe return! ;-) Though 
sometimes I wish I did not have to come back. :-)
