Looks correct to me.  Script ids take a form such as "Latn" for Latin.

There wasn't one.  I'm not averse to the removal of divTitle anymore.  It 
seems it can be handled by <title> adequately, and it was never explicitly 
intended for use with short titles anyway.  However, I am still very 
opposed to putting short titles in <title> elements, since I maintain that 
they are not actual titles or part of the work, but rather some associated 
data that ought to be stored elsewhere.
