Since 1 Kings in a Catholic Bible and 1 Samuel in a Protestant Bible have
the same abstract referent, they should use the same ID (1Sam).

Per the SBL Handbook of Style 8.3.1, you would have to use 1-4Kgdms for
the Catholic Bibles like this, so 1Kgs would be unique in any case.
