I think the language definition should be OK. Esth.A.3 is just 
a token. Esth.10 is supposed to contain Esth.10.1, Esth.10.2, 
... whether or not the verses are contiguous, in order, etc.
Of course, software implementations are another matter.

We haven't determined how to specify an osisRef system yet,
but presumably we will come up with a method that allows us to
put any tokens in any order.

[Note to Patrick: is it documented anywhere that Esth.10
can contain non-contiguous elements and software returning
Esth.10 should be able to handle that?]

If I ask to see Bible.NRSVA.Esth.2.1, which version do I expect
to see? Is there a way of specifing one or the other?
