[osis-core] Version Number?

Patrick,

It should definitely have a different name than osisCore1.1 since
some osisCore1.1 texts will not be valid under the revision.

I suppose 1.1.1 would work, to signify that it's a minor change.
Or 1.2, to keep version numbers simple. I have no preference.
