[osis-core] Tutorial / Walkthru

I wrote a crude pseudo-tutorial a week or so ago and don't think I 
posted it on here.  It is very basic, but should, at least, get anyone 
up and writing valid OSIS documents in about 30 minutes.  In case 
anyone's interested.
