[osis-core] add 'speaker' attrib to <q>

Patrick has asked for a 'hotlist' of things that need to be taken care 
of quickly.  I'll start new threads on osis-core to represent each item. 
  I'm not planning on commenting much, as my thoughts on these matters 
are archived in earlier messages.  So, for this thread.


I believe a speaker attribute needs to be added to the quote element.

e.g.

Then John said, <q speaker="John">Behold!  The Lamb of God Who takes 
away the sins of the world</q>


This will allow you to search for a specific word in any quote by John.

It will allow you to print all quotes of Jesus in red.

Not commenting on the validity of any of these things; only the obvious 
desire for people to do such.
