[osis-core] Element draft

Patrick,

I will be loading all of my earthly belongings into a truck starting June 11
and will leave TX June 13 (for better or for worse).

I suspect my time will be tight the week prior to that but I should be able
to make it to Duncanville for a day between backing and a new born baby.
