[osis-core] Schema plans

Guys,

Be aware that the schema I will be posting tomorrow will be valid 
(hopefully!) but will be a very loose content model, i.e., all content 
groups with minOccurs=0. Thought it would be better to start loose and 
then tighten as appropriate.

Got my prescriptions refilled (idiots decided my syringe prescription 
had expired! wish the condition that requires it would!) and have a taxi 
lined up for the ride to the airport. Don't leave until 4 PM for the 
airport so should get a fairly full day in despite runs to the drugstore 
and the grocery store for the trip.
