[osis-core] Subject/role attributes followup

Harry,

Appreciate the suggested syntax for the attributes:

Question: What do you see as the scope of these attributes? In other 
words, I realize that you need them on the simple <a> element, on <div> 
(I would suspect) but since <div> can nest (sub-parts of sub-parts), are 
you likely to need them for some other element in the text?

Working on some better explanations of the reference syntax and will try 
to post later today or early tomorrow.
