[osis-core] Main changes for today

Guys,

Just a preview of what I hope to have into the main release today.

Commenting out front/body/back just so we can see what an all <div> 
model would look like.

Commenting out <blockQuote> and making the <q> content model match that 
of the current <blockQuote>.

Incorporating Harry's new <div> content model.

Questions pending on the grain syntax (other opinions?)

Table should appear tomorrow morning (no guests tonight so should get a 
flying start in the morning). Any objection to dropping all the 
alignment stuff from table attributes?

Assuming that all validates, should ship just after NOON, East Coast time.
