[osis-core] New Chart Soon!

Guys,

Rather than edit the schema (yet again) I am composing a new chart that 
shows the proposed changes in red dots. I have removed all the header 
stuff so it all fits on a single 8 x 11 page!

Should appear before lunch today (about breakfast time for all but Todd, 
who has a new alarm clock in the house. ;-)
