<closer> has: <abbr>, <divineName>, <foreign>, <milestone>, <name>, 
<note>, <p>, <q>, <reference>, <seg>, <verse>, <w>.

To correct obvious error, add <signed>? Or should that just be in 
<blockQuote>?

Should we add: <lineGroup> or <list>? I suspect the later since someone 
could list reasons in a closer, odd but certainly could happen. What 
about poetic closer?
