[osis-core] Is this ready for OSIS 1.1?

annotateWork and annotateType are a way for an element to say "I am
a commentary on Ps.3.2", "I am a poeticRendering of Ps. 42", etc.

ews is "electronic writing system" -- e.g. a <seg> may use a non-standard
encoding such as SIL Galatia for greek.

n -- I wasn't here when 'n' was added, but I would find it useful, for
example
to give a verse number for linegroups, to give a chapter number for
chapters,
paragraph numbers, etc.
