[osis-core] osisWork Regex repair (further)

YIPES!

To the end of what?  The end of the verse, chapter, book, cannon, entire
work?  
I think we should be precise and not leave an opportunity for ambiguity.
This also forces the user to be able to lookup the ending point from an
external source.
