Guys,

Looks like the laptop will be back tomorrow morning!

Turns out the select bay drive was loose in its housing. Reason: was not 
shipped with the bracket required to keep it aligned, so when I would 
plug it in, the machine would panic on boot. :-( Service tech said 
whoever sold it to me, did not send all the required parts! I replied, 
yeah, but I bought it all from you! He replied, yeah, whoever sold it to 
you did not send all the right parts!

Well, at they were honest about the problem so I did not give them a 
hard time about it. Wish I could get the six days without it back but am 
glad it will finally be working properly.  (I hope.)

Should be fully functional (to the extent that means anything) on the 
Windoze side tomorrow.
