[osis-core] Next release - Thursday

Guys,

I am going to push the next corrected release off to tomorrow, say about 
NOON. That will give me to some time to look back through the archive to 
avoid what Todd sees as rehashing old issues. I should also have my 
laptop back so I can do some documentation for the next release.

Any other pending problems or issues? Please post today so we can get 
some discussion and hopefully resolution of them before I issue the next 
version.
