Troy,

First, note that refWork is required in <text refWork="Bible.Prot"> for 
example.

Second, for some unknown (at this point) lang is required on text?? 
 (Todd, suggestions?)

Third, some duplicate ID problem on title, no sure where that is coming 
from.

More problems detailed in a separate post.
