[osis-core] Names for the "1.0" schema files.

Do you have a names for the up comming schema files?
Are we going to call them OSISCore.xsd and OSISScripture.xsd and =
determine the version based on the "directory" as in =
http://www.bibletechnologies.org/2002/04/OSISCore.xsd as in =
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance or are we going to keep the =
version as a part of the file name? (as in OSISCore_1000.xsd?)
I am going to run a test of some ideas with Ps and Matt broken in to =
chapter size documents and would like to use the projected release =
schema names rather than the very transient pre-release names.
