have just tacked a few '0's. You should be ok up to 40megs now, but

Dear Kees,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the document. I share your concern about
including "lay commentaries" in OSIS 1.0.
Apart from trying to define the boundaries of a lay commentary, I think it
adds an additional burden on the developers of 1.0.
I prefer taking some "Baby Steps" first, do them well, then push on greater
things.
