Books & Xiphos

These took a bit longer than expected. Android has no tree control so I use a long list for the contents. You can use the Speech Control to speak any module type including General Books and it normally works well. I have enjoyed listening to Hodge's Systematic Theology recently. Xiphos repo contains some good books and so some of the books you see in the download list are from the Xiphos repo but integration with Xiphos is not yet perfect so I manually included a few selected books and also Gills Commentary.
